- How much does Allolina cost?

- Is there a contract or commitment?
- No. All plans are contract-free and can be cancelled at any time.
- How does order-taking work?
- Lina guides the caller through their order (dishes, quantities, delivery address). You receive a summary instantly via notification or WhatsApp.
- Does it work on WhatsApp too?
- Yes. Lina can automatically reply to your customers' WhatsApp messages with the same capabilities as phone: orders, reservations, questions.
- Is my data secure?
- Yes. All data is hosted in Europe (AWS eu-west-3). We never resell data and comply with GDPR.
- Does the assistant understand my customers well?
- Lina uses state-of-the-art speech recognition. She understands French and English, even with accents or in noisy environments.
- Can I customise Lina's responses?
- Absolutely. You configure the menu, hours, instructions and tone via the dashboard. Lina adapts to your business.
